Those words by artist, activist, and academic, Lilla Watson, sum up for our organization both the personal and professional motivation of our collaborative approach. We believe positive social change is cultivated through deep relationships, working together for a greater good.

Sustineri (sūs-tin-air-ee) — Latin for “sustainability” — calls out for us the critical nature of collaboration and sustained impact. It’s one thing to have a great idea. It’s quite another to implement and execute that idea; build something that makes a difference and continues to generate impact. Together, what we say and what we do actually matter in the world — there must be alignment between the goals set and the actions taken toward meaningful change. Holistically, we approach such opportunities through human, social, economic, and environmental growth considerations, and an equity lens. How we do our work together is just as important as what we do.
